The members shall not performs any unlawfully acts, indiscipline ; violence , verbal , physical abuse , harassment and indecent behaviour safe or use of alcohol drugs and smoking is strictly prohibited . If so , the person will be expelled from the group activity immediately and will not be refunded.
The members mush respect the local customers of area and keep the area clean respecting the environment , no trashing.
Shangrila Tours reserves the rights to cancel the trip with out prior notice for any reason that may come . A full refund will be given to the registered member.
Safety comes first for our members, however, if any unforeseen natural disasters e.g Earthquakes , landslides, crevasses falls or vehicle accident and unlawful criminal acts, or unstable political situation , theft , lost or damage to person belongings, accidental death of member , change of itinerary to personal belongings, accidental death of member, change of itinerary due to some unfortunate event.
Air Condition will not be provided on transport in hilly areas.
A customer copy receipt may only be authentic on validation by authorized personal.
